By purchasing this item, I AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS of William Tell Archery Supplies: William Tell Archery crossbows’ limbs are guaranteed for a year from purchase (unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer), and the other components of the body of the crossbow are covered for two years. The warranty does not cover cosmetic signs of wear and tear, such as scratches, damages to the paint, or similar. The warranty excludes: strings, cables, damage caused by abuse, modification, or failure to service, or consequential damage. Furthermore, the warranty does not cover incidental damage, including damage to property or personal injuries as a result of using the crossbow. I AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING EXPECTATIONS: Always keep crossbows in a dry and safe place and do not expose them to extreme humidity or heat. Check cables and/or strings regularly for signs of wear and tear. Apply light machine oil regularly to the pins on the cams, and wax to the rail and strings. When shooting, always keep your fingers below the rail, out of the way of the cables and string. Never shoot without a bolt. Dry fire can damage the limbs, the string, and the cables, and cause personal injury. Dry fires will void the crossbows’ warranty. Never shoot the crossbow before you have a safe and suitable target, using the bolts recommended by the manufacturer. Bent or damaged bolts cannot be shot safely. We also do not accept any liability for damage caused by the use of wooden bolts. The safety lock of the crossbow should always be checked before shooting to prevent unintentional shots. The aforementioned warranty begins on the purchase date, for which a valid proof of purchase must be presented, in the form of a screenshot or any other requisite document that matches with our records. Please note that we strongly advise our customers to perform regular maintenance checks, as it will help to extend the lifespan of the crossbow. To make a warranty claim you must submit the proof of purchase and pay the shipping costs for returning the product. In case the warranty does not cover your crossbow, William Tell Archery will notify you, and a repair charge quote will be given. The inspection is free, but any repair not covered by the warranty will be charged to the customer. You can only return the product to William Tell Archery and not any retail stores or online sellers. If you need further assistance, please contact customer service at contactus@williamtellarcherysupplies.com.
